Similarity 13: Ziofascist Israel Is a Genocidal State Like Nazi Germany
There can be no doubt that Ziofascist Israel is a genocidal state like Nazi Germany, because just like the Nazis who mass murdered Jews and other ‘undesirables’ in concentration camps such as Ausschwitz, Ziofascist Israel is mass murdering Palestinians in the concentration camp of Gaza:

13.1 The Definition(s) and Fact of Genocide
The term “genocide” was coined by the Polish Jewish lawyer Raphael Lemkin as a consequence of the German Nazi atrocities during World War 2:
Raphael Lemkin (Polish: Rafał Lemkin; 24 June 1900–28 August 1959) was a Polish Jewish lawyer who is known for coining the term genocide and campaigning to establish the Genocide Convention. During the Second World War, he campaigned vigorously to raise international awareness of atrocities in Axis-occupied Europe. It was during this time that Lemkin coined the term “genocide” to describe Nazi Germany’s extermination policies.[1]
As a young law student deeply conscious of antisemitic persecution, Lemkin learned about the Ottoman Empire’s genocide of Armenians during World War I and was deeply disturbed by the absence of international provisions to charge Ottoman officials who carried out war crimes.[2] Following the German invasion of Poland, Lemkin fled Europe and sought asylum in the United States, where he became an academic at Duke University.[2]
Lemkin coined genocide in 1943 or 1944 from two words: genos (Ancient Greek: γένος, ‘family, clan, tribe, race, stock, kin’)[3] and -cide (Latin: -cidium, ‘killing’).[4][5][6] The term was included in the 1944 research-work “Axis Rule in Occupied Europe”, wherein Lemkin documented mass-killings of ethnic groups deemed “untermenschen” by Nazi Germany.[7] The concept of “genocide” was defined by Lemkin to refer to the various extermination campaigns launched by Nazi Germany to wipe out entire racial groups, including European Jews in the Holocaust.[8][9]
After the Second World War, Lemkin worked on the legal team of Robert H. Jackson, Chief US prosecutor at the Nuremberg Tribunal. The concept of “genocide” was non-existent in any international laws at the time, and this became one of the reasons for Lemkin’s view that the trial did not serve complete justice on prosecuting Nazi atrocities targeting ethnic and religious groups. Lemkin committed the rest of his life to push for an international convention, which in his view, was essential to prevent the rise of “future Hitlers”. On 9 December 1948, the United Nations approved the Genocide Convention, with many of its clauses based on Lemkin’s proposals.[10][11]

In a letter addressed to the Israeli ambassador and published in Haaretz, Hank Zanoli said: “For me to hold on to the honour granted by the State of Israel, under these circumstances, will be both an insult to the memory of my courageous mother who risked her life and that of her children fighting against suppression and for the preservation of human life as well as an insult to those in my family, four generations on.
“After the horror of the Holocaust my family strongly supported the Jewish people also with regard to their aspirations to build a national home,” wrote Mr Zanoli.
“Over more than six decades I have however slowly come to realize that the Zionist project had from its beginning a racist element in it in aspiring to build a state exclusively for Jews,” he added.

13.2 Ziofascist Israeli Intent and Incitement to Commit Genocide

An Israeli lawyer has filed submissions to the international criminal court (ICC) alleging incitement to genocide against Palestinians by eight Israeli officials, including President Isaac Herzog and prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The lawyer, Omer Shatz, who is also a counsel to the ICC, says that it is the first time where a case for incitement to genocide has been framed as a crime that can be independently prosecuted irrespective of whether genocide or intent to commit genocide has been proven.
A 170-page submission, which he says took a year to prepare with students at the International Law In Action clinic at Sciences Po in Paris, where he is a lecturer, accuses the eight, who also include the former defence minister, Yoav Gallant, of having “publicly and directly incited others to commit genocide against Palestinians in Gaza”.
The ICC has already issued arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. However, despite receiving submissions on alleged genocide — commonly acknowledged to be the hardest offence to prove under international criminal law — it was not investigated by the court’s prosecutor.
The new submissions say: “Unlike all other ICC crimes and modes of liability, this inchoate crime (incitement to genocide) can and indeed must be independently investigated and prosecuted, regardless of whether genocide has been committed or not.”
Shatz added: “There were (in the past) cases of incitement to genocide in the case law, in Rwanda and so on but it was always attached to the genocide and this is the first time saying, irrespective of whether you believe it is or it is not (genocide), you can go ahead with incitement.”
Statements cited as evidence include Gallant saying here would be “no electricity, no food, no fuel” in Gaza, Herzog saying “an entire nation … is responsible” and Netanyahu invoking the biblical story of Amalek, in which it is said “spare no one, but kill alike men and women.”
The submissions, filed on behalf of an anonymous Palestinian, also say the ICC should act given the interim findings of the international court of justice (ICJ) which said Israel must “punish the direct and public incitement to commit genocide” and which they say Israel has failed to do. They say that in November last year the legal adviser to the Israeli government informed the country’s supreme court of their decision not to open a single criminal investigation on the matter, which means the onus falls on the ICC to prosecute.
The other accused are the current Israeli defence minister, Israel Katz, retired major general Giora Eiland, Israeli finance minister, Bezalel Smotrich, the national security minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, and the journalist Zvi Yehezkeli.
The Israeli government has dismissed all allegations against it at the ICC and ICJ as baseless and grounded in antisemitism. At the ICJ, its lawyers argued that statements supposedly inciting genocide were partial and decontextualised.
Shatz said the submissions had presented a case that was “obvious”. He said: “It’s so solid, factually and legally, I don’t see how the prosecutor can avoid prosecuting.” The ICC prosecutor is not obliged to investigate based on the submissions.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today released an audio recording of pro-Israel activists allegedly using X Spaces (formerly Twitter Spaces) to strategize about how to target Rep. Rashida Tlaib during her visit to Arizona last weekend, including whether it would be possible to travel through Arizona with a gun and enter CAIR-Arizona’s annual banquet with a firearm or “shoot her from far away.”

In the audio recording, the users — many of them using profile photos celebrities and pseudonyms — note that a person can travel through Arizona with a firearm without a license and how difficult it would be to attempt to enter the CAIR-Arizona banquet with a gun because of the expected security precautions. One speaker named ‘Stealth’ who used then objects to the idea of bringing a gun to the CAIR-Arizona event.
Another user named ‘George’ then says, “So, Stealth, what I’m hearing is that if you want to shoot her at the event, you have to do it from far away.” Immediately after this remark, the user named Stealth objected and the X Spaces session ended soon thereafter.

13.4 The Post-March 18, 2025 Intensification of the Genocide
A three stage ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas was in place until March 18, 2025. But the genocidal Ziofascist terrorist state and its ‘great leader’ Netanyahu sabotaged and broke that agreement before the implementation of stage two and ramped up the genocide instead, with the following dire consequences (the following can be regarded as part 39 of the genocide documentation).

This is the last chapter of the genocide. It is the final, blood-soaked push to drive the Palestinians from Gaza. No food. No medicine. No shelter. No clean water. No electricity. Israel is swiftly turning Gaza into a Dantesque cauldron of human misery where Palestinians are being killed in their hundreds and soon, again, in their thousands and tens of thousands, or they will be forced out never to return.
The final chapter marks the end of Israeli lies. The lie of the two-state solution. The lie that Israel respects the laws of war that protect civilians. The lie that Israel bombs hospitals and schools only because they are used as staging areas by Hamas. The lie that Hamas uses civilians as human shields, while Israel routinely forces captive Palestinians to enter potentially bobby trapped tunnels and buildings ahead of Israeli troops. The lie that Hamas or Palestine Islamic Jihad (PIJ) are responsible — the charge often being errant Palestinian rockets — for the destruction of hospitals, United Nations’ buildings or mass Palestinian casualties. The lie that humanitarian aid to Gaza is blocked because Hamas is hijacking the trucks or smuggling in weapons and war material. The lie that Israeli babies are beheaded or Palestinians carried out mass rape of Israeli women. The lie that 75 percent of the tens of thousands killed in Gaza were Hamas “terrorists.” The lie that Hamas, because it was allegedly rearming and recruiting new fighters, is responsible for the breakdown of the ceasefire agreement.
Israel’s naked genocidal visage is exposed. It has ordered the evacuation of northern Gaza where desperate Palestinians are camped out amid the rubble of their homes. What comes now is mass starvation — the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) said on March 21 it has six days of flour supplies left — deaths from diseases caused by contaminated water and food, scores of killed and wounded each day under the relentless assault of bombs, missiles, shells and bullets. Nothing will function, bakeries, water treatment and sewage plants, hospitals — Israel blew up the damaged Turkish-Palestinian hospital on March 21 — schools, aid distribution centers or clinics. Less than half of the 53 emergency vehicles operated by the Palestine Red Crescent Society are functional due to fuel shortages. Soon there will be none.
Israel’s message is unequivocal: Gaza will be uninhabitable. Leave or die.
Since Tuesday, when Israel broke the ceasefire with heavy bombing, over 700 Palestinians have been killed, including 200 children. In one 24 hour period 400 Palestinians were killed. This is only the start. No Western power, including the United States, which provides the weapons for the genocide, intends to stop it. The images from Gaza during the nearly sixteen months of incessant attacks were awful. But what is coming now will be worse. It will rival the most atrocious war crimes of the twentieth century, including the mass starvation, wholesale slaughter and leveling of the Warsaw Ghetto in 1943 by the Nazis. […]

“Gaza residents, this is your final warning,” Israeli Minister of Defense Israel Katz threatened:
The first Sinwar destroyed Gaza and the second Sinwar will completely destroy it. The Air Force strikes against Hamas terrorists were just the first step. It will become much more difficult and you will pay the full price. The evacuation of the population from the combat zones will soon begin again…Return the hostages and remove Hamas and other options will open for you, including leaving for other places in the world for those who want to. The alternative is absolute destruction.
The ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas was designed to be implemented in three phases. The first phase, lasting 42 days, would see an end to hostilities. Hamas would release 33 Israeli hostages who were captured on Oct. 7, 2023 — including women, those aged above 50, and those with illnesses — in exchange for upwards of 2,000 Palestinian men, women and children imprisoned by Israel (around 1,900 Palestinian captives have been released by Israel as of March 18). Hamas has released a total of 147 hostages, of whom eight were dead. Israel says there are 59 Israelis still being held by Hamas, 35 of whom Israel believes are deceased.
The Israeli army would pull back from populated areas of Gaza on the first day of the ceasefire. On the seventh day, displaced Palestinians would be permitted to return to northern Gaza. Israel would allow 600 aid trucks with food and medical supplies to enter Gaza daily.
The second phase, which was expected to be negotiated on the sixteenth day of the ceasefire, would see the release of the remaining Israeli hostages. Israel would complete its withdrawal from Gaza maintaining a presence in some parts of the Philadelphi corridor, which stretches along the eight-mile border between Gaza and Egypt. It would surrender its control of the Rafah border crossing into Egypt.
The third phase would see negotiations for a permanent end of the war and the reconstruction of Gaza.
Israel habitually signs agreements, including the Camp David Accords and the Oslo Peace Agreement, with timetables and phases. It gets what it wants — in this case the release of the hostages — in the first phase and then violates subsequent phases. This pattern has never been broken.
Israel refused to honor the second phase of the deal. It blocked humanitarian aid into Gaza two weeks ago, violating the agreement. It also killed at least 137 Palestinians during the first phase of the ceasefire, including nine people, — three of them journalists — when Israeli drones attacked a relief team on March 15 in Beit Lahiya in northern Gaza
Israel’s heavy bombing and shelling of Gaza resumed March 18 while most Palestinians were asleep or preparing their suhoor, the meal eaten before dawn during the holy month of Ramadan. Israel will not stop its attacks now, even if the remaining hostages are freed — Israel’s supposed reason for the resumption of the bombing and siege of Gaza.

The Trump White House is cheering on the slaughter. They attack critics of the genocide as “antisemites” who should be silenced, criminalized or deported while funneling billions of dollars in weapons to Israel.
Israel’s genocidal assault on Gaza is the inevitable denouement of its settler colonial project and apartheid state. The seizure of all of historic Palestine — with the West Bank soon, I expect, to be annexed by Israel — and displacement of all Palestinians has always been the Zionist goal.
Israel’s worst excesses occurred during the wars of 1948 and 1967 when huge parts of historic Palestine were seized, thousands of Palestinians killed and hundreds of thousands were ethnically cleansed. Between these wars, the slow-motion theft of land, murderous assaults and steady ethnic cleansing in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, continued.
That calibrated dance is over. This is the end. What we are witnessing dwarfs all the historical assaults on Palestinians. Israel’s demented genocidal dream — a Palestinian nightmare — is about to be achieved. It will forever shatter the myth that we, or any Western nation, respect the rule of law or are the protectors of human rights, democracy and the so-called “virtues” of Western civilization. Israel’s barbarity is our own. We may not understand this, but the rest of the globe does.

Last week, the Israeli cabinet approved the establishment of “a body to manage voluntary migration [of Palestinians] from Gaza”.
This “body” consists of personnel from Israel’s ministries of justice, foreign affairs, interior, finance, transportation, and strategic affairs, alongside “representatives from the IDF [Israeli military], the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT), the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), the National Security Council, and the Israel Police”.
The body will also be able to coordinate its activities with international organisations and other parties”. Its task will be to “facilitate the controlled movement of Palestinians through Israel for their departure to third countries”.
This “voluntary” expulsion of the Palestinian people from their homeland will purportedly be carried out in accordance with “international law”.
Offer Cassif, a member of Israel’s parliament, the Knesset, compared the new Israeli expulsion committee to the Nazi “Central Bureau for Jewish Emigration”, established in August 1938 to encourage Jewish “voluntary” emigration from Nazi Germany and Nazi-annexed Austria.
Cassif posted a picture on X of German Jews lined up outside the emigration office in Berlin in 1938.
In response, MP Almog Cohen of the far-right Kahanist party Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) filed a complaint with the Knesset Ethics Committee, calling Cassif a “terrorist supporter” and denouncing “his vile and disgraceful comparison of the voluntary emigration programme for Gaza residents to the voluntary emigration of Jews from Nazi Germany”.
Expelling Palestinians
In view of Egypt and Jordan’s refusal to take in expelled Palestinians, Israel announced the new “body” shortly after leaks revealed that the US and Israel had approached Sudan, Somalia, and the breakaway Somaliland as alternative destinations.
These are hardly the only options.
As early as January 2024, Israel had entered talks with Rwanda and Chad to explore their willingness to receive Palestinians it plans to expel from Gaza.
In fact, the earliest expulsion plan was hatched just a week after the war broke out. A document from the Israeli Ministry of Intelligence, dated 13 October 2023, proposed expelling Gaza’s Palestinians to Sinai, as well as to Spain, Greece, and Canada.
So far, there have been no takers.
It is surprising that the creation of this new Israeli “body” to expel Palestinians has stirred such an outcry, considering the Zionist movement had already established three expulsion committees since the 1930s.
The first Zionist “Population Transfer Committee” was formed in November 1937 following the British government’s Peel Commission Report, which recommended the expulsion of nearly a quarter of a million Palestinians from the area it designated as a future Jewish state in Palestine.
Notably, this committee was pioneering in this regard, as it preceded the Nazi “Central Bureau for Jewish Emigration” by 10 months.
The Jewish Agency established a second “Population Transfer Committee” in 1941 and a third during the Zionist conquest of Palestine in May 1948.
The Zionists and the Israelis expelled more than three-quarters of a million Palestinians between December 1947 and January 1949 based on these plans.
Historical precedent
Others have likened the new Israeli and US plan to the Nazi “Madagascar Plan”, which the Nazis initiated before deciding on exterminating European Jews.
The Madagascar Plan, however, was not a Nazi innovation.
The Freeland League for Jewish Territorial Colonisation, a Zionist organisation founded in London by anti-Soviet exile Isaac Steinberg in 1935, was the first to propose it.
Trump’s plan to colonise Gaza echoes failed 19th-century American missions
The League pursued several possible sites for Jewish colonisation, exploring regions in Africa, Oceania, and South America.
One of its first proposals, devised in 1936, was for Jewish settler-colonisation in Madagascar, then a French colony.
The Madagascar Plan thus presents a relevant historical precedent for the joint Israeli and American scheme to expel Palestinians to Egypt’s Sinai or other African countries — especially as Zionists and antisemites once planned it together.
In 1936, the Freeland League worked with the French Societé d’émigration et de Colonisation Juive, which would later become its Paris branch, and with French colonial minister Marius Moutet, who served in the cabinet of France’s first Jewish Prime Minister, Leon Blum.
Together, they explored New Caledonia, French Guiana, and, most crucially, Madagascar as potential sites for Jewish settler-colonisation.
They also collaborated with the Polish government, especially its antisemitic foreign minister, Colonel Jozef Beck, who consulted with Blum on the Madagascar Plan.
Jewish colonisation
Indeed, US representatives of the World Jewish Congress, along with the Jewish relief organisation, the American Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), coordinated with Moutet about the feasibility of the plan.
German antisemite Paul de Lagarde had, in fact, suggested Madagascar in 1885 as a deportation site for Europe’s Jews.
At the instigation of the Jewish leaders of the Freeland League in 1937, the antisemitic Beck and his foreign ministry coordinated with the philosemitic Moutet (whose wife was herself an east European Jewish refugee) to send an expedition to Madagascar.
The delegation included two Polish Jews — Solomon Dyk, who was already a gun-toting colonial-settler in Palestine, and Leon Alter — and a Polish Catholic military officer named Mieczyslaw Lepecki.
Their task was to investigate the island’s suitability for Jewish colonisation. They departed in the spring of 1937 and spent more than three months on the island, returning to Paris in September of that year.
Upon their return, Lepecki briefed Beck on their optimistic findings. The Freeland League expected backlash for working with antisemites, but saw the expedition as an opportunity to “publicise” the League’s “political influence”.
While less sanguine about the island’s colonial potential, the JDC report cited the Polish Jews’ positive assessment, noting that Madagascar “could well serve as a colony for Europeans”.
Dyk even wrote his own personal report and submitted it to the World Zionist Organisation’s colonial official Arthur Ruppin.
In 1938, the antisemitic Polish government encouraged the formation of colonisation organisations by Polish Zionist Revisionists. To that end, it supported, among others, the “Committee for the Advancement of Jewish Colonisation of Madagascar and Kenya”.
Nazi collaboration
Alter, the other Polish Jewish member of the Madagascar delegation, worried about native resistance to Jewish colonisation in Madagascar and the difficulty of convincing Polish shtetl Jews to move there.
He surmised that indigenous opposition in Madagascar would be “greater than that of the Arabs against the Jews in Palestine.”
In fact, newspapers in Madagascar ran articles opposing Jewish colonisation during this period, fearing a “Semitic invasion”.
Still, the French government continued to support the project, and was later joined by the British Foreign Office, which also lent its voice of support for Madagascar as a Jewish settler-colony.
The Nazis became seriously interested in Madagascar only after they invaded France in May 1940. By the summer, they had developed a proposal, endorsed by Heinrich Himmler and Hitler himself, to deport Jews to the island.
Under the plan, deported Jews would have “autonomy under the [German] police governor” and operate their own administration, including mayors, police, postal service, and railway.
Adolf Eichmann was brought in as its lead planner and submitted a proposal to dispatch four million Jews to the “Jewish State” in Madagascar, funded by confiscated European Jewish property.
The Nazis pursued the plan until the winter of 1941–42.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday that Israel’s intensified military pressure on Hamas in Gaza has been effective, stressing the Palestinian group must lay down its arms.
“We are negotiating under fire … We can see cracks beginning to appear” in what the group demanded in its negotiations, Netanyahu told a cabinet meeting.

For over a month, no commercial or humanitarian supplies have entered Gaza.
More than 2.1 million people are trapped, bombed and starved again, while, at crossing points, food, medicine, fuel and shelter supplies are piling up, and vital equipment is stuck.
Over 1,000 children have reportedly been killed or injured in just the first week after the breakdown of the ceasefire, the highest one-week death toll among children in Gaza in the past year.
Just a few days ago, the 25 bakeries supported by the World Food Programme during the ceasefire had to close due to flour and cooking gas shortages.
The partially functional health system is overwhelmed. Essential medical and trauma supplies are rapidly running out, threatening to reverse hard-won progress in keeping the health system operational.
The latest ceasefire allowed us to achieve in 60 days what bombs, obstruction and lootings prevented us from doing in 470 days of war: life-saving supplies reaching nearly every part of Gaza.
While this offered a short respite, assertions that there is now enough food to feed all Palestinians in Gaza are far from the reality on the ground, and commodities are running extremely low.
We are witnessing acts of war in Gaza that show an utter disregard for human life.
New Israeli displacement orders have forced hundreds of thousands of Palestinians to flee yet again, with no safe place to go.
No one is safe. At least 408 humanitarian workers, including over 280 from UNRWA, have been killed since October 2023.
With the tightened Israeli blockade on Gaza now in its second month, we appeal to world leaders to act — firmly, urgently and decisively — to ensure the basic principles of international humanitarian law are upheld.
Protect civilians. Facilitate aid. Release hostages. Renew a ceasefire.
