Ziofascist Israel’s 2023 to 2024 Genocide of Palestinians, Part 12 — February 11 to 18
A documentation of Ziofascist Israel’s genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity against Palestinians from February 11 to 18, 2024. [part 11 / part 13]

Ziofascist Israel timed its attack on Rafah with the US Sunday Superbowl as a distraction where, in line with Ziofascist victimhood propaganda, US Ziofascist billionaire and football team owner Robert Kraft spent about $7 million on an ad that falsely presents Jews as the victims while Ziofascist Israeli Jews genocide Palestinians in their ‘final solution of the Palestinian question’:
February 12
According to another source, the murdered girl’s name is Sidra Has(s)ouana:
The Ziofascist Israeli regime fabricated a story about two hostages supposedly rescued in Rafah on February 11 as an excuse for its massacres there:

Aaron Maté: “Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu thwarted all calls for a negotiated release of the captives and could have gotten every single captured Israeli home had he just engaged with Hamas’s offers to negotiate an exchange of prisoners. Because there are thousands of innocent Palestinians being held in Israeli torture chambers. But Netanyahu cares more about massacring Palestinians than he does about rescuing his own people.”
Nasser Hospital:
Palestinian health worker: “They send a hostage with cuffed hands to the hospital, asking him to tell us that we should evacuate. And when people started really evacuating, ah, they open fire and they shoot it at the people, and they kill the hostage also […].”
The initial evacuation order was communicated directly from the military to the hospital administration, according to Khaled Al Serr, a doctor working in Nasser Hospital. The Israelis, he said, had assured staff of “a secure passage through the northern gate of Nasser Hospital for civilians if they want to evacuate the hospital.” Another doctor in the hospital posted on social media about the order to evacuate but said he didn’t feel safe following it without a guarantee from the Red Cross.
The same evacuation order started to arrive again, by other means. “We were also surprised that the bulldozers, there was sound coming from it,” El Helou told The Intercept in a voice message. “I think through the bullhorn that said, ‘Get out, you animals. Get out, animals.’” El Helou caught the insulting order on video.
It was not long after this that the young man in the white PPE arrived. The young man was Jamal Abu Al-Ola, according to El Helou. He had been at the hospital earlier, but the Israeli military had subsequently seized and detained him, and put his hands in what appears to be black, plastic zip-tie cuffs.
“He said that he was subjected to beatings and humiliation and abuse by the soldiers,” El Helou recounted.
After Abu Al-Ola passed along the evacuation order, his mother, who was also sheltering at the hospital, pleaded with him to not go back out, but her son said he had to. “He said, ‘I’ve been threatened, I have to leave the hospital or it’s going to put all the civilians in danger,’” El Helou recalled.
He walked back out the door. In a video filmed by Mohammad Salama, the only other journalist in the hospital aside from El Helou, Abu Al-Ola can be seen walking away with a crowd of people around before they trail away and he walks in his own direction.
Abu Al-Ola was killed shortly after walking out of the hospital. According to El Helou, he was shot by an Israeli soldier three times in his chest and abdomen while still inside the gates of the hospital. Al Serr, the Nasser Hospital doctor, confirmed the account of Abu Al-Ola being killed as he left the hospital. El Helou later got footage of Abu Al-Ola’s corpse in a body bag, still robed in his PPE.
“In regards to the incident in question, it is being reviewed,” an Israel Defense Forces spokesperson said in an email received after publication of this story.
Palestinian health worker: “We used to use a safe corridor […] located at the Western part of the hospital between the surgical building and the medical building which [is] called Amasaf building where we used to work. We are the… I’m a surface staff. Just like half an hour back I came from [the] surgical building through this corridor to the medical building. Just [as] I entered the building, the snipers shooted three people, three young people. This means that nobody should use this corridor anymore. And now I’m completely trapped at this medical building or […] Amasaf building. […] actually, it is away from the […] main gate of the hospital about 50 meter only. So we are away from the tanks only 50 meters.
More from ‘the most moral army in the world’:
Palestinian Omar Abu Mudallala, 43, told the Euro-Med Monitor team: “I was arrested at the checkpoint set up near the Kuwait roundabout, which separates Gaza City from the central region, as part of the Israeli random arrest campaigns. I was subjected to all types of torture and abuse for approximately 52 days,” pointing out that Israeli soldiers “brought Israeli civilians to watch our nude torture.”
Abu Mudallala added: “The Israeli army brought a number of Israeli civilians into our detention centres while beating us and telling them, ‘These are Hamas terrorists who killed you and raped your women on 7 October,’ while the Israeli civilians were filming us being beaten, abused, and tortured while making fun of us.”
“This happened five times while I was being held. The first time was in Barkasat Zikim, where we were blindfolded. However, one of the detainees who speaks Hebrew told us that the soldiers were interacting with Israeli civilians claiming that we were armed fighters. The other four incidents took place in the Negev detention facility, where successive Israeli groups were taken inside tents to witness our abuse and record the torture methods we were subjected to without allowing us to speak or interact with them. Since we were not wearing blindfolds at the time, I saw them all four times with my own eyes.”
Abu Mudallalasaid that “one of the detainees who speaks Hebrew tried to explain to the Israeli civilians that we are civilians and we had nothing to do with any military activities, but that also did not help. However, he was subjected to severe psychological and physical torture. It was really shameful to bring Israeli citizens to record our torture for being allegedly involved in killing and rape incidents.”

Statement on the Biden Administration’s Complicity in Genocide against Palestinians
As Israel attacks Rafah, the Gaza city where an estimated 1.3 million Palestinians are seeking refuge, most of them internally displaced, the Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention reiterates that the Biden Administration is complicit in genocide and must take immediate steps to prevent further destruction, loss of life, and displacement in Gaza and the West Bank.
The Lemkin Institute further notes that the administration’s decision to withhold promised funding from the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), the largest and most active UN agency in the Gaza Strip, risks placing the administration in the position of being an active perpetrator of genocide.
In light of this unequivocal support for Israel, which enables Israel’s genocide, as well as President Biden’s apparent ongoing unwillingness to change course or reign in the Israeli state, we urge all US officials critical of the Biden administration’s policy towards Israel to resign, lest they risk further complicity in this high crime. We applaud Josh Paul and Craig Mokhiber for their resignations from the US State Department and the United Nations respectively early on in the conflict. We extend the same call to officials in other states actively supporting Israel and/or withholding UNRWA funding. Multiple resignations would be an unprecedented act of civic courage and genocide prevention.
President Biden’s unflagging support for Israel, even in the face of clear atrocity crimes, is being criticized not solely by states in the Global South but also by US and Israel allies in the European Union.
USA:
February 14
Ziofascist Israeli Rami Igra: “In Gaza, everyone is involved. Everyone voted Hamas. Anyone over the age of four is a Hamas supporter.”
He asked his brother, Dr Omar Khattab Omar Al Zaqzouq, to alert the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in an increasingly desperate series of messages sent via WhatsApp.
On 7 December, the medic sent this on behalf of his brother: “He said that the tanks behind the house and excavator destroyed the near house.
“It’s very difficult to move without permission.”
On 8 December Dr Khattab pleaded with the same ICRC official: “I called my brother and he said there are tanks around the house — can’t move at all.
“It’s complicated.”
Mu’min has cerebral palsy and the family knew moving him would be difficult. Mr Khattab wanted to notify the Israelis in advance.
The ICRC’s representative tried to reassure them on the same day: “We’ve ensured that the houses would not be bombed or destroyed at night and in the future.”
[…]
On 15 December, IDF soldiers stormed the Khattab family’s home. The children’s aunt, Duaa Khattab Omar Al Zaqzouq, said she was in the kitchen when they entered.
“They knocked down the front wall and entered the house, we were sitting down and having lunch at the time. Then my brother Mohammed was shot. He was at the front, waving a white flag.”
A grenade was thrown into the crowded kitchen, injuring Mr Khattab’s wife Hind and blinding Mumin in the left eye. Family members say a soldier then shot and killed Ms Khattab.
The survivors were interrogated “for three hours” before being allowed to leave.
‘They were firing at us from all directions’
Duaa Khattab was one of a group of nine family members — including five children — who were evicted by the IDF and she said they were forced to walk through an active battlefield.
She said: “We went down Fifth Street and faced three tanks, they fired at us, they were firing at us from all directions. We were walking not knowing where we were going, it was getting dark… every time a child screamed, a bomb went off.”
From another crime scene:
Nasser Hospital:
Dr. Mahmoud Raja Abu Shammala: “This waste is literally the most dangerous type of waste on earth. Because here you’ll find bad blood units, you’ll find bacterial diseases, skin diseases, fungal diseases, viral diseases, you could even find all types of microbes.”
Starvation:
February 15
Dr. Mohammed Harar: “We are attacked by Israel […] at the hospital.”
Narrator: “All people is scaring to get out because Israel army has surrounded the hospital and we can’t go out.”

President Joe Biden handed down financial sanctions against four Israeli nationals last week who were allegedly connected to violence against civilians in the West Bank amid the Israel-Hamas war. One of those sanctioned by the Biden administration spoke with ABC News about the claims and rejected the allegations against them.
Yinon Levi spoke alongside his wife, Sapir Levi, on Tuesday in their outpost in the occupied West Bank. They told ABC News they don’t understand why he was sanctioned in Biden’s executive order.
Levi was accused of inciting violence against Palestinians and burning farmland. He said he has never been involved in an attack and they have not seen any evidence.
“When we first found out about it, we thought it was a joke. Why would Biden care about us?” Yinon Levi told ABC News.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken, in a Feb. 1 statement, said Yinon Levi allegedly led a group of settlers “who engaged in actions creating an atmosphere of fear in the West Bank” and “repeatedly attacked multiple communities within the West Bank.”
“He regularly led groups of settlers from the Meitarim Farm outpost that assaulted Palestinian and Bedouin civilians, threatened them with additional violence if they did not leave their homes, burned their fields, and destroyed their property,” the statement said.
[…]
ABC News also obtained videos, from April 2022 and March 2023, of Yinon Levi with his dog discouraging Arabs from herding sheep in the area and harassing activists.
In response to the videos, Yinon Levi said “Anarchists come to our territory and do provocations. They disturb the soldiers, they attack us, the dog and the sheep on purpose and document it for provocation.”

‘diplomacy’:
USA: Demented Genocide Joe rambling incoherent stuff for 20 minutes:
Wife: Honey, you’re gonna have to put those eggs back.
Husband: They [i.e. the kids] don’t like eggs anymore?
Wife: No, they like eggs, but we have to set that $7 aside — for killing Palestinians?
Husband: What? I mean don’t we give Israel $4 billion a year anyways?
Wife: Yah, and now we’re giving them another $14 billion dollars. […] Apparently it’s costing us a lot of money to drop bombs on Gaza.
Canada, Australia and New Zealand:
February 16
From that February 16, 2024 LA Times article:
There were a limited number of local surgeons available. We were told that many had been killed or arrested, their whereabouts or even their existence unknown. Others were trapped in occupied areas in the north or nearby places where it was too risky to travel to the hospital. There was only one local plastic surgeon left and he covered the hospital 24/7. His home had been destroyed, so he lived in the hospital, and was able to stuff all of his personal possessions into two small hand bags. This narrative became all too common among the remaining staff at the hospital. This surgeon was lucky, because his wife and daughter were still alive, although almost everyone else working in the hospital was mourning the loss of their loved ones.
I began work immediately, performing 10 to 12 surgeries a day, working 14 to 16 hours at a time. The operating room would often shake from the incessant bombings, sometimes as frequent as every 30 seconds. We operated in unsterile settings that would’ve been unthinkable in the United States. We had limited access to critical medical equipment: We performed amputations of arms and legs daily, using a Gigli saw, a Civil War-era tool, essentially a segment of barbed wire. Many amputations could’ve been avoided if we’d had access to standard medical equipment. It was a struggle trying to care for all the injured within the constructs of a healthcare system that has utterly collapsed.
I listened to my patients as they whispered their stories to me, as I wheeled them into the operating room for surgery. The majority had been sleeping in their homes, when they were bombed. I couldn’t help thinking that the lucky ones died instantaneously, either by the force of the explosion or being buried in the rubble. The survivors faced hours of surgery and multiple trips to the operating room, all while mourning the loss of their children and spouses. Their bodies were filled with shrapnel that had to be surgically pulled out of their flesh, one piece at a time.
I stopped keeping track of how many new orphans I had operated on. After surgery they would be filed somewhere in the hospital, I’m unsure of who will take care of them or how they will survive. On one occasion, a handful of children, all about ages 5 to 8, were carried to the emergency room by their parents. All had single sniper shots to the head. These families were returning to their homes in Khan Yunis, about 2.5 miles away from the hospital, after Israeli tanks had withdrawn. But the snipers apparently stayed behind. None of these children survived.
Ziofascist Israeli ministers:
From Satanyahu himself:
Footage and satellite imagery obtained by The Washington Post show that Egypt is clearing off, and building a wall around, a plot of land along its border with the Gaza Strip, amid fears of an Israeli offensive in the southern Gaza city of Rafah.
