1. ‘Never Once Again’: Ignored Lessons from History
The historical lesson from the Holocaust is that such a mass murder or genocide of people should never again happen to any people. From Holocaust survivor and psychologist Dr. Gabor Maté back in 2022:

If I were going to commit a genocide, I’d make sure to kill as many women and children as possible to eliminate the future generations of the people I was trying to wipe out. Come to think of it, I guess I’d basically do what Israel is doing in Gaza.
If I were going to commit a genocide, I’d deliberately target civilians, hospitals and civilian infrastructure to make it harder and harder for the undesirable population to survive. Actually, one good example of this would be what Israel is reportedly doing in Gaza today.
If I were going to commit a genocide, I’d make sure to target cultural centers to destroy the history and culture of the population I wished to remove, taking out their museums and ancient religious buildings. You know what? I suppose I’d do pretty much exactly what Israel is currently doing in Gaza.
Another thing I’d do if I were going to commit a genocide is make sure to kill all the best and brightest members of the population I was trying to exterminate — their doctors, lawyers, academics, journalists and thought leaders — in order to prevent any reconstruction of the civilization I was trying to stomp out. In other words I’d do what Israel is presently doing in Gaza.

As ambulance workers treat the injured, multiple explosions can be heard in another mobile phone video recorded at the scene.
One blast violently rocks the ambulance — a near-miss while the patients and responders are inside. The person videoing the scene evacuates, leaving the ambulance behind.
Note how the FT and a British analyst avoid mentioning that the missile came from Israel. For these propagandists, it just would not do to be so truthful. So for them, it was just a ‘magic missile from nowhere’ just like Israeli bullets which kill Palestinains sometimes become ‘magic bullets from nowhere’:

He said that while a car bomb was a possibility, “none of the vehicles really look as if they were the device-carrying car, which would look more like an opened can”.
He also ruled out heavier bombs designed to target buildings since no crater is visible. Cobb-Smith said a targeted missile, by contrast, would have caused damage consistent with the aftermath of the blast and would have “certainly set fire to the vehicles”.
The fact that most of the bodies were intact, but killed by shrapnel, would support that conclusion, he added.

Staff members of EU institutions have written to European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen expressing fury over her stance on the Israel-Hamas conflict, in a letter that accumulated 842 signatures.
The letter, which has been seen by The Irish Times, accuses the commission of giving “a free hand to the acceleration and the legitimacy of a war crime in the Gaza Strip”.
It begins by condemning the Hamas attack on Israel before continuing: “We equally strongly condemn the disproportionate reaction by the Israeli government against 2.3 million Palestinian civilians trapped in the Gaza Strip”.
“We hardly recognise the values of the EU in the seeming indifference demonstrated over the past few days by our Institution toward the ongoing massacre of civilians in the Gaza Strip,” it continues.
The letter warns that the EU is “losing all credibility and the position as a fair, equitable and humanist broker” and damaging its international relations as well as risking the safety of EU staff.
“We are saddened by the patent show of double-standards which considers the blockade (water and fuel) operated by Russia on the Ukrainian people as an act of terror whilst the identical act by Israel against the Gazan people is completely ignored,” the letter reads.
