Ziofascist Israel’s 2023 to 2025 Genocide of Palestinians, Part 6—December 10 to 17, 2023
A documentation of Ziofascist Israel’s 2023 genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity against Palestinians from December 10 to 17, 2023.
December 10
Invented Hamas rapes that serve as atrocity propaganda and to distract from Ziofascist Israel actual atrocities:
Meanwhile, in reality:
Ursula von der Leyen: “The night around is especially dark. An old evil is resurfacing in Europe. […] Freedom of speech and opinion, freedom of worship, and freedom from fear — that must be a reality at all times, in all circumstances, and for all human beings.”
…except Palestinians, because when Ziofascist Israel murders little Palestinian girls, they no longer have “freedom of speech and opinion” or “freedom of worship”:
December 11
December 11 marks the 75 year anniversary of UN Resolution 194:
From that November 17 article:
“We are now rolling out the Gaza Nakba,” Israeli security cabinet member and Agriculture Minister Avi Dichter declared on Saturday. “Gaza Nakba 2023. That’s how it’ll end.”
By referencing the Nakba, an Arabic word meaning “catastrophe,” Dichter is rhetorically linking Israel’s current attacks against 2.3 million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip — including 1 million children — with Israel taking over more than three-quarters of Palestine in 1948.
December 12
Ziofascists are celebrating this:
According to the IDF’s report, 13 soldiers were killed by friendly fire after being mistaken for enemy combatants, one from a stray bullet and another six in various accidents, such as being run over by armored vehicles.
At least one was killed by an Israeli airstrike when an attack helicopter fired on a building where soldiers were located last week.
The IDF doesn’t publish the full information on this incident due to various investigations still being examined in the IDF. In total, 105 soldiers have fallen in the ground operation so far. The army estimates that several hundred additional soldiers were wounded by friendly fire or operational accidents in enemy territory.
The new figure of 20 casualties who fell specifically from operational accidents or friendly fire is minimal and doesn’t refer to the first three weeks preceding the ground escalation, regarding the casualties on October 7, nor does it include other fronts. For example, an IDF officer was killed as a result of a friendly fire incident near Qalqilya at the beginning of the war, and other soldiers were killed as a result of a tank turnover near the Lebanon border.
Casualties fell as a result of friendly fire on October 7, but the IDF believes that beyond the operational investigations of the events, it would not be morally sound to investigate these incidents due to the immense and complex quantity of them that took place in the kibbutzim and southern Israeli communities due to the challenging situations the soldiers were in at the time.
Deir el-Balah, Gaza Strip — Inside one of the rooms of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, Mahmoud Zindah stays close to his father, Nader, the horrors of the past week etched on both of their faces. Their eyes are wide, darting around.
The 14-year-old and his father were among hundreds of Palestinians rounded up on December 5 by Israeli forces in the Shujayea area, east of Gaza City, who endured five days of torture and degradation before they were released — without any explanation.
“One of the soldiers said I looked like his nephew and that this nephew was killed in front of his grandmother who was taken hostage by Hamas and that the soldiers will slaughter us all,” Mahmoud says, his voice trembling.
Before their ordeal, the Zindah family was trapped in their home in the Zeitoun neighbourhood of Gaza City for two days, unable to leave as tanks advanced and artillery shelling got closer and closer. Those who dared to leave their homes for whatever vital errand were shot down in the streets by snipers.
On the third day, the family, who slept on the cold tile floor under mattresses to shield them from potential flying shrapnel, woke up to find the tanks on their street.
“We heard the soldiers shouting and the tank tracks getting louder,” Nader, 40, says. “I felt like there was something wrong, so I went to the house behind me, which was farther from the street. Before I reached it I stopped in shock. The house was moving!
“Then I realised that the Israeli bulldozer was knocking its walls down” and soldiers were firing live ammunition as well, he adds.
Nader quickly tore some white sheets into small “flags” for each of his eight children to carry. They poked one out of their front door, as the adults shouted that there were people in the house. The bulldozer stopped, as did the shooting. But suddenly the home was full of Israeli soldiers.
“They made us empty out our bags on the floor and blocked us from picking up our money or our wives’ gold,” Nader recalls. “What little food we had, they also threw away. They took our money, IDs and phones.”
The soldiers divided the household: women and young children in one room and the men and teenage boys in another. Then they told Nader, Mahmoud, his brother-in-law and another male relative to strip, then pushed them outside.
“They rounded up at least 150 men from the surrounding homes and blindfolded and handcuffed us all in the street,” Nader explains.
When the soldiers forced the men onto the backs of some trucks, Nader made sure Mahmoud was on his lap, terrified of what they would do to his son if they were separated.
“I don’t want to lose my child, nor do I want my son to lose his father,” he says.
The men quickly realised that there were also women in the truck, which kept braking suddenly, sending the prisoners falling on top of each other.
“We were all blindfolded, so we couldn’t see each other, but we heard the women telling us to look out for them like we would for our own sisters,” Nader says. “There were also younger children with them.”
The truck stopped, and once again, the men and women were separated. The men and teenage boys were taken to a warehouse where they sat on a bare floor covered in scattered grains of rice. There they were beaten, interrogated and verbally abused. There was no sleep, and the grains of rice cut their skin as they sat there, undressed.
[…]
Two of the neighbourhood boys who left to look for water were killed on the street by Israeli snipers. After the bulldozer knocked down the walls of several homes, the soldiers dragged the men and teenagers out, slapping, punching and hitting them with their guns.
“There was no reasoning with them,” Mohammed recalls. “They kept saying, ‘You are all Hamas.’ They wrote numbers on our arms. My number was 56.” When he stretches his arms out, the red marker is still visible on his skin.
“When they spoke to us in Hebrew and we wouldn’t understand, they’d beat us up,” he continues.
“They hit me in the back where my kidneys are and my legs. They took my family, and I don’t know where they are,” he says, his voice breaking.
Before they were forced inside the warehouse, Israeli female soldiers came and spat on the men, Mohammed recalls.
In the warehouse, it was common for groups of five soldiers to suddenly enter and beat one person while the others were forced to listen to his screams of pain. If any of the men and teenagers nodded off from exhaustion, the soldiers poured cold water on them.
“Their contempt for us was unnatural, like we were lesser beings,” Mohammed says.
“Some people didn’t return from the torture sessions,” Nader says darkly. “We would hear their screams and then nothing.”
At one point, Mahmoud told his father that his wrists were bleeding from the handcuffs. A soldier overheard, asked where it hurt and then proceeded to press down on the spot. Nader tried to shield his son, and one of the soldiers tried to drag the teenager away. When Mahmoud resisted, he was kicked in the face. The mark is still visible.
“My dad kept shouting at them that I’m a child and threw himself on top of me,” he says. “I heard a soldier speaking in an American accent, and I told him in English that I’m just a kid that goes to school.” Their words fell on deaf ears.
Blindfolded and handcuffed the entire time, the men and boys endured hours of beatings.
“They cursed at us, spewing the most foul language,” says Nader, who suffered a particularly painful blow to his head. “Some of them spoke Arabic. Every time you tried to talk, asking to go use the bathroom or wanting a drink of water, they would come and beat us up, using the butts of their M16 rifles.”
The soldiers interrogated them and threatened to kill them all. They accused the Palestinians of stealing their army jeeps and raping Israeli women. When they asked Mahmoud where he was on October 7 and he answered that he was sleeping at home, the soldiers hit him, he says.
“They have this unbelievable racism. They really hate us,” Nader says. “This isn’t about Hamas. This is about wiping us all out. This is about a genocide, signed off by [US President] Biden.”
The men were given only a few drops of water and some scraps of bread to eat. Some were forced to relieve themselves on the spot while others were handed a foul-smelling bucket.
On the fifth day, Saturday, Nader, Mahmoud, and 10 other men were taken to Nitzarim, a former settlement south of Gaza City that had been turned into farmland after the 2005 Israeli disengagement. It is now an Israeli checkpoint just before Wadi Gaza and the men were released there and told to head south.
The group took off their blindfolds and let their eyes adjust to the light after days of darkness. They were exhausted and hungry and still did not have any clothes. After walking painfully for two hours, a group of Palestinians spotted them.
“They clothed us and gave us water,” Nader says. “An ambulance was called, and we arrived at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, where we were immediately given IV fluids.”
“I thought I didn’t have a chance of getting out alive,” he adds.
“It was hell on earth. It was like spending five years in that warehouse. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.”

The Israeli army has repeatedly targeted several cemeteries in the Gaza Strip, leaving widespread destruction, vandalising some graves, and stealing dead bodies, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said on Thursday.
According to Euro-Med Monitor field documentation, Israel’s army has targeted the majority of cemeteries in the Gaza Strip, including Al-Falujah cemetery in the northern Gaza Strip, Ali bin Marwan, Sheikh Radwan, Al-Shuhada, and Sheikh Shaaban cemeteries, in addition to St. Porphyrius Church cemetery in Gaza City and Al-Shuhada cemetery in the northern town of Beit Lahia, destroying dozens of graves in utter disregard for the sanctity of the dead.
Large holes have been created inside these cemeteries as a result of frequent Israeli attacks, engulfing dozens of graves. The remains of some dead bodies have been scattered or disappeared, while dozens of graves remain seriously damaged.
Euro-Med Monitor received reports confirming that the Israeli army dug up several graves in Al-Faluga cemeteryand stole dead bodies — believed to belong to Palestinian activists — amid fears that their organs might be stolen.
Given the disgusting and unjustifiable international complicity, Euro-Med emphasised that Israel has not spared even the dead in its genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, which started on 7 October.
Israel systematically violates the sanctity of the dead and of cemeteries, the human rights organisation said, in flagrant violation of the principles of international humanitarian law and the rules of war in relation to the protection of cemeteries during armed conflicts.
Rule 115 of customary international humanitarian law states: “The dead must be disposed of in a respectful manner and their graves respected and properly maintained.” Article (130) of the Geneva Convention of 1949 also states that graves must be respected, properly maintained, and marked in such a way that they can always be recognised.

“We are reaching the point of no return where blatant disregard for international humanitarian law scars our collective consciousness.”
The Mamilla Cemetery is an ancient Muslim burial ground and holy site in Jerusalem believed to date back to the 7th century. A significant portion of the cemetery has been destroyed and hundreds of human remains have been desecrated so that the Simon Wiesenthal Center can build a facility called the “Museum of Tolerance.” Since 2010, CCR and the Campaign to Preserve Mamilla Cemetery have worked to halt construction of the new facility and preserve what remains of the site. To this end, we filed petitions with various UN bodies, including UNESCO to protect the sacred site. This advocacy effort is part of CCR’s longstanding commitment to support the struggle for Palestinian human rights.
Numerous saints of the Sufi faith and thousands of other officials, scholars, notables, and Jerusalem Palestinian families have been buried in the cemetery over the last 1000 years. Companions of the Prophet Muhammad were reputedly buried there. The Muslim Supreme Council declared the cemetery a historical site in 1927, and the British Mandate authorities pronounced it an antiquities site in 1944. It was an active burial ground until 1948 when the new State of Israel seized the western part of Jerusalem. Under Israeli control, the cemetery and other Islamic endowment properties, or waqf, were taken over by the Custodian for Absentee Property. Since then, Muslim authorities have not been allowed to maintain the cemetery.
The importance of the Mamilla Cemetery to Muslims is well known to the Israeli government. In 1948, the same year that Israel took control of the cemetery, the Israeli Religious Affairs Ministry recognized Mamilla “to be one of the most prominent Muslim cemeteries, where seventy thousand Muslim warriors of Saladin’s armies are interred along with many Muslim scholars. Israel will always know to protect and respect this site.” As recently as 1986, in response to an investigation by UNESCO regarding Israel’s development projects on Mamilla, the Israeli government stated that “no project exists for the deconsecration of the site and that on the contrary the site and its tombs are to be safeguarded.” Despite these reassurances and the cemetery’s inclusion in an Israeli Antiquities Authority list of “Special Antiquities Sites,” Israel has in fact destroyed a large section of the cemetery with the construction of buildings, parks, and even parking lots.
The “Museum of Tolerance” has resulted in the disinterment of hundreds of graves, and the whereabouts of the countless human remains that have been disposed of are unknown. With the help of the Israeli government, the Simon Wiesenthal Center continues to erect the museum atop thousands more graves. They justify the project by claiming that the cemetery is no longer sanctified, based on a 1964 proclamation by a Shari’a or Islamic law judge who lacked legitimacy in the Muslim community. The President of the Shari’a Court of Appeals in Israel has since deemed this ruling to be void and affirmed that the sanctity of cemeteries is eternal in Islam.
Under international law, UN resolutions, and its own domestic law, the Israeli government has an obligation to respect and protect the holy sites of its minority religious and ethnic populations, including Mamilla Cemetery. Its unwillingness to do so has drawn international condemnation, including Human Rights Council resolutions; a public petition signed by nearly 10,000 individuals from around the world; a letter from 84 respected archaeologists decrying the archaeological practices employed on the site; a resolution by the Central Conference of American Rabbis opposing the project; and the opposition of numerous prominent Israeli scholars.
After mistaking them for Palestinians and on November 15, the genocidal Ziofascist Israelis even killed three released or escaped Israeli hostages who were waving white flags and who posed no threat:
From a Haaretz article:
Reactions from two Ziofascist Israeli propagandists:
From that earlier December 14 state of affairs:
The Hostages and Missing Persons Families Forum headquarters on Wednesday evening published a statement that included harsh criticism of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The statement followed a report on Channel 13 News which said that Netanyahu refused to send the head of the Mossad, David Barnea, to Qatar in order to renew negotiations for the release of hostages being held by Hamas.
“The families were shocked by the report of the rejection of the request of the head of the Mossad to draw up an agreement for the release of the hostages. This announcement joins the ignoring of mothers’ requests to meet with the Prime Minister, and fathers’ requests to meet with the Minister of Defense, which have so far not been answered,” the statement said.
The headquarters also added that “the families request an urgent update, in light of the complete stagnation in the negotiations for the release of the hostages, while the feeling is that every evening there is a Russian roulette in which the families are informed about the murder of hostages in captivity.”
The Channel 13 report claimed that, in a discussion that took place in recent days, a proposal was made by the head of the Mossad, David Barnea, to travel to Qatar together with Major General Nitzan Alon, who is leading the intelligence efforts in the field of prisoners and missing persons, in order to negotiate a new hostage deal. However, the report claimed, the War Cabinet, headed by Netanyahu, decided against holding such a trip.
Here is a summary of some of the Israeli hostages which the Ziofascist Israeli regime got killed with its reckless genocidal actions:
More Ziofascist Israeli attacks on and killings of journalists include the following: Mustafa Haruf first gets rifle-butted in the head.
He then gets thrown to the ground from behind and kicked in the head at least 9 times by ‘the most moral army in the world’, a violent abuse which explains his hospitalization:

Samer Abu Daqqa:
Wael Al-Dahdouh:
Wael Al DahDouh (translated): “We can’t tell what happened exactly. I only felt that something big happened, and I fell down, and I lost my helmet and my microphone. I gathered all my forces and I was barely able to stand up. […] I was expecting the second missile to be launched shortly […] I tried to hide in one of the destroyed houses or at the school and to continue walking, because I was bleeding in my shoulder and my arm. […] So I tried to press one of the injuries on my arm and I tried to walk slowly […].
At the end I was close to the main road. I saw there an ambulance. So I shouted and I tried to wave with my hands, so that they can come. But the situation was very challenging and they were not able to reach me where I was. So I needed to continue walking until I reached the ambulance, and they tried to stop the bleeding at least temporarily. We got in the ambulance, I asked them to go back to where I was, because my colleague Samer Abu Daqqa was still there, and he was screaming and he was calling for help. […] He got injured in the lower part of his body, but the paramedics told me that we need to leave immediately, that they will send another ambulance so that we wont be all targetted. We then came here to this hospital.”

It was also suggested that the killed dog could have been carrying explosives:

Hakim, 30, told Middle East Eye that the Israeli soldiers were using him as a human shield as they sought Hamas fighters underground.
The Palestinian, who wished to be identified only by his first name and was released two days ago, said he was one of the dozens of men seen in photographs and video bound and stripped to their underwear by Israeli troops.
One soldier, he recalled, told him he wanted to send him to his God, before taking him to a Hamas tunnel.
“He made me wear a belt filled with explosives, and placed a GoPro camera on my head along with a rope around my waist,” Hakim told MEE.
According to the Palestinian, he was then pushed into the tunnel and ordered to explore it to see if there were any fighters inside.
“They were prepared to explode the tunnel using my body if the camera on my head showed any fighters inside,” he said.
“I was 100 percent sure I was going to be killed at that moment, but then they pulled me out of the tunnel when they found nothing inside.”
According to Hakim, a 15-year-old boy was subjected to the same treatment. The boy, who had been detained with Hakim, survived and was released three days later, he said.
Ziofascist Israeli sniper massacres
From that BBC report:
The Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem said two Christian women — named as Nahida and her daughter Samar — were shot and killed while walking to a building in the church complex known as the Sister’s Convent.
“One was killed as she tried to carry the other to safety,” a statement said. Seven more people were shot and wounded as they “tried to protect others inside the church compound” on Saturday.
The patriarchate said no warning had been given and added: “They were shot in cold blood inside the premises of the parish, where there are no belligerents.”
The patriarchate said that earlier on Saturday an Israeli tank fired on part of the church compound with 54 disabled people inside. It caused a fire that destroyed the building’s generator, the only source of electricity, and some of the disabled people can no longer use their respirators, the statement said.
Members of Ms Moran’s extended family — a grandmother, her son, his wife and their 11-year-old twins — are Christian Palestinians who sought refuge inside the church after their home was bombed in the first week of the war.
They have been staying on mattresses along with dozens of others in rooms in the Holy Family Church for more than 60 days.
“I’m now no longer sure they are going to survive until Christmas,” Ms Moran told the BBC.
[…]
A sixth member of the family — a grandfather — died last month after not being able to get to hospital to receive medical treatment, Ms Moran says.
[…]
Ms Moran says there has been no explanation as to why Israeli soldiers would target the church and no warnings or leaflets were sent to people sheltering there.
“It does feel like it’s making a mockery of keeping civilians safe,” Ms Moran adds.
From the UK Labour parliamentarian herself:
Layla Moran: “The escalation really began on Tuesday [December 12]. Ahm, there was shooting, they reported seeing white phosphorous, ahm, they were obviously terrified. They all went back into sort of the Sunday school rooms in the complex in the Latin Church where they are, and, ah, they then heard that, that, that the janitor had been shot, the bin collector had been shot, and this was from forces who were outside at that stage.
Then about 48 hours ago it escalated yet again. There are three generators. Two of them had already stopped working. So already there was dwindling electricity to charge their phones to communicate what was happening to them. But the third caught fire. We understand that that was because soldiers had hit it. They managed to put the fire out, but that was the generator that pumped any water. Already they were drinking contaminated water, they were down to sort of a meal a day. But this was sort of the last straw.
The last we heard is that now they are without water, without food and there is a sniper inside the compound. There’s a woman and her daughter who have been killed, and what’s been happening is as they try and leave their rooms — say to go to the toilet or something—there is firing at them.”

Ziofascist Israeli genocidal “war against children”:
UNICEF spokesperson James Elder: “[It’s a war on children]. It’s not a dramatic line. […] Most crises, they affect children terribly, because children are the most vulnerable. But most have about a casualty rate of children around 20%. This is 40[%]. This is twice as lethal to children as many conflicts we’ve seen in the last 15 or 20 years. And unfortunately that is because of the sheer density of population, the indiscriminate nature, and when we see that there has been not even been lip service to safe zones having water and sanitation for children and young girls. That same disregard for children has been shown in the bombardments. That’s why we see 40% of casualties children. That why it’s a war on children.”

After the genocidal Ziofascist Israeli occupation/diaper forces massacred three white flag waving Israelis on December 15, they issued a propaganda video where they pretended to care about rules of engagement:
But even their own settler-colonialists who were dressed up as soldiers did not take that propaganda effort seriously and instead grinned at the transparent ludicrousness of it all:

But according to the well-known Ziofascist propagandist Hen Mazzig, a senior fellow from the Tel Aviv Institute, “calling for a ceasefire is an antisemitic demand” — the sociopathic Ziofascist Israeli settler-colonialists must after all murder on for the final solution of the Palestinian question:
