Israel’s Genocidal, Human Rights Violating and War Criminal Answer to the Palestinian Question, Part 4
Abstract: In Western mainstream media, Israel is regularly portrayed as a victim or as an about equally responsible party in the allegedly ‘complicated’ and ‘both-sidesy’ Israel-Palestine conflict. In this article series and following the May 2021 ‘clashes,’ I would like to show that and why Israel is instead very clearly the main responsible party and perpetrator in this conflict. The article series also serves the purposes of documenting Jewish-Israeli-Zionist crimes against Palestinians and of deconstructing the usual pro-Israel propaganda.
Part 4 gives an overview of Israel’s genocide, crimes against humanity (including apartheid), war crimes and crimes of aggression against Palestinians and also examines how these crimes are sanctioned by Israel’s right-wing political leadership such as Benjamin Netanyahu or Naftali Bennett and how the deeply corrupt Mahmoud Abbas-headed Palestinian Authority is part of the problem (for Israel’s crimes against journalists, journalism and media organisations, see part 6).

More crimes by the Jewish-Israeli-Zionist occupation army
In destroying the towers which housed the media organisations AP, Al Jazeera or BBC (see part 7), the Israeli occupation forces also targetted regular civilians and civilian infrastructure, acts which both constitute war crimes (“Article 8 (2) (b) (i)War crime of attacking civilians” und “Article 8 (2) (b) (i)War crime of attacking civilian objects”):

Israel, the killer of entire Palestinian families
It is worth noting that entire Palestinian families were wiped out by the Israeli occupation forces:
Ha’aretz, the most useful among daily Israeli Newspaper, already reported on May 19, 2021, that these Israeli erasures of Palestinian families are “on purpose” — acts that are consistent with what hostile settler-colonialists have been doing throughout history:

This means that official Israel is not only guilty of additional war crimes, but also clearly guilty of genocide, crimes against humanity and the crime of aggression as defined by the ICC — see e.g.
Article 6 (a) Genocide by killing,
Article 6 (b) Genocide by causing serious bodily or mental harm,
Article 7 (1) (a) Crime against humanity of murder,
Article 7 (1) (b) Crime against humanity of extermination, or

The countermeasures that some Palestinian families are taking in order to avoid being exterminated by the evidently genocidal, human rights violating and war criminal Jewish-Israeli-Zionist colonizing aggressors include splitting their families up among different locations:
But there is also the opposite and not physical- but psychological-harm minimizing strategy of Palestinians sleeping in the same room or even bed so that they would at least all die together and not have to deal with psychological loss and trauma induced by having their next of kin murdered by the morally insane Israeli colonizing aggressors:
In comparison to that, it almost seems trivial to report that Israel also appears to be in breach of Article 8 (2) (b) (xxiii) — War crime of using protected persons as shields by using children that way:
Israel, the killer of Palestinian medical doctors
The families that were most likely intentionally murdered by the Jewish-Israeli-Zionist oppressors included those of Dr. Moeen Alalool/Mooein Ahmad al-Aloul, a “neurosurgeon” or “psychiatric neurologist”:

The following is an excerpt from their mid-May 2021 Palestinian child murders:
According to this story, a 14-year-old Palestinenian Teenager named Hamza committed suicide on May 16 after his family was murdered by the Israeli occupation forces over the years and one day after the murdered his mother:

Israel, the genocidal nation with the intent to commit genocide
And there is even plenty of evidence (also see the foto in part 3) to go around for the Israelis’ intent to commit genocide against Palestinian children and all Palestinians in general as per the ICC definition of genocide (see esp. Articles 6a-e, Element 3: “The perpetrator intended to destroy, in whole or in part, that national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such”):

And it is not just your ordinary zionazis on the street who walk around with the intent to commit genocide. It is furthermore Israeli lawmakers and hence elements of the Israeli state who have that intent:
Any serial child murderer would long since have been arrested based on this clear evidence, including the clear intent to commit genocide. But in our sick world of great Western ‘values’, genocidal child-murdering Israel still walks around free. As already outlined by Ilan Pappe in 2014, this genocide sometimes being slow-motion “incremental genocide” does not change anything about it being genocide:
All of Israel’s and the Jewish-Israeli-Zionists’ crimes against Palestinians should consequently also be seen in the context of their intent to commit genocide. And even if the intent cannot be proven in some cases, it is still (incremental) genocide for all practical purposes.
Israel, the destroyer of medical facilities and schools

Roads or water pipelines still support Palestinian life? No problem: We will destroy that too and rack up an even bigger score on genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes:
Israel, the ‘participatory’ apartheid regime and ethnic cleanser
Israel is also infamous for destroying Palestinian homes and property in non-military actions and sometimes even as mass or collective punishment that is reminiscent of the Nazi’s “Sippenhaft(ung)” — actions that qualify as war crimes (Articles 8 (2) (b)(xiii) and (e) (xii) War crime of destroying or seizing the enemy’s property):
But Israel is not just any ordinary evil apartheid regime that will simply destroy your property and homes. No, it is a very ‘inclusive’ and ‘participatory apartheid regime’ (an allusion to “participatory democracy”) that will ‘let’ — i.e. make— Palestinians participate in the destruction of their own property unless they want to pay demolition fees! (Oh, how inclusive! How humane!)

Israel’s crimes are sanctioned from the very top
Benjamin Netanyahu
Take note that essentially all of these crimes have received the blessing from the very top by the war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu who made it clear that there wont be meaningful investigations into or consequences for crimes against Palestinians:

Naftali Bennett
Naftali Bennett — the former Israeli Minister of Economy, Religious Services(!), Diaspora Affairs, Education, and Defense and Netanyahu’s likely right-wing extremist Zionist successor — would by many accounts be even worse than Netanyahu:
The following information about Bennett is arranged in chronological order:
- Born to American parents who immigrated from San Francisco to Israel in 1967, Bennett is a far-right ultranationalist who staunchly opposes Palestinian statehood or self-determination of any kind in Palestine/Israel.
- Although not a settler himself, from 2010 to 2012 he was head of the main political body (Yesha Council) that represents Israeli settlers living on occupied Palestinian land in violation of international law and is a staunch supporter of Israel’s settlement enterprise.

- In October 2018, Bennett said that if he were defense minister he would order a shoot to kill policy against Palestinians attempting to walk across the boundary between Israel and Gaza, where nearly 2 million people have been trapped under an illegal Israeli siege and naval blockade for 15 years. When asked if he would instruct soldiers to kill Palestinian children, Bennett said, “They are not children — they are terrorists. We are fooling ourselves. I see the photos.” At that point, at least 140 demonstrators had been killed by Israeli soldiers, including at least 29 children according to the UN, as well as medical workers and journalists, and more than 29,000 others injured, as part of the Great March of Return.

It reminded me of another embarrassing Israeli propaganda malfunction.
In 2013, the Israeli army wanted to prove that despite its cruel blockade of Gaza, the people caged inside were living a life of luxury.
It published an article claiming that Palestinians in Gaza were “out in force, enjoying themselves in sparkling new malls, beautiful beaches and hotels, and doing their shopping in pristine grocery stores and markets heaving with fresh produce.”
To illustrate this claim, the army published a photo of a quite impressive looking mall — except that it was in Malaysia’s capital, Kuala Lumpur.

The same, lame ‘Hamas everywhere’-excuse for Israel’s crimes
The eternally same, simplistic and ex-post excuse for Israel’s crimes against Palestinian civilians and civilian infrastructures is to construe some Hamas terrorist connection. Three common stereotypes used in the propagandistic Israeli excuses are “Hamas rockets or rocket launchers,” “Hamas tunnels,” and “Hamas human shields.”
As for instance explained by Rutgers University Professor Noura Erakat in one of her academic papers, the “Hamas human shields”-narrative was used as an excuse after Israeli snipers murdered the young female Palestinian medic Razan/Rouzan al-Najjar in 2018:
The following two satirical contributions also explain the same, lame excuse for Israel’s genocidal, human rights violating and war criminal mass murders of Palestinian civilians which is one of the applied means to take the land of the latter:
Israel’s ‘humanitarian’ “roof knocking” tactic — sending a warning strike about 10 minutes before destroying a building with the main strike — is also a sham. First and even if all civilians should leave the building due to the roof-knock, Israel still is committing war crimes (e.g. “Article 8 (2) (b) (i)War crime of attacking civilian objects”). Secondly, there appeared to have been instances in which the roof knock itself already killed Palestinian civilians which brings us all the way back to the full spectrum of genocide, human rights violations and war crimes:

Israel, the destroyer of Palestinian economy and culture
As shown by the following examples and evidence, the apartheid, Jewish supremacist and rogue state of Israel apparently also attempts to displace the native Palestinian population by destroying its economy and culture such as Gaza’s biggest book store, an ice cream factory or an ice cream store — presumably since ‘Hamas read too many books or ate too much ice cream’:

Two ‘blasts from the past’
An interesting detail on the side is that Palestinians temporarily used ice cream freezers in 2014 in order to store the corpses of Palestinian children that were murdered by Israel (of course all future Hamas terrorists from which Israel heroically managed to protect itself in the nick of time):
Another ‘blast from the past’ is this video from 2019 which shows Israeli Naqab concentration camp/‘prison’ guards brutalising Palestinian freedom fighters and political prisoners/‘dangerous Hamas terrorists’:
Admissions of war crimes by Israeli Air Force pilots
And in a rare moment of truth, an Israeli fighter pilot (“Major D.”) admitted the actual motivation and reasons for these genocidal, human rights violating and war criminal acts of the Israeli colonizers and aggressors on the Israeli news medium Keshet/Channel 12: They did not do that to fight Hamas, but to “vent the frustrations of what was happening to us and the success of the factions in Gaza”(!!):

The Mahmoud Abbas-headed Palestinian Authority is part of the problem
What is also commonly overlooked is that the Palestinian (National) Authority (PA) (1994-) is part of the problem since it is deeply corrupt and functioning as an extension of the Israeli settler-colonialist and terrorist state. That also has to do with its President Mahmoud Abbas (2005-), the Uncle Tom among Palestinian ‘leaders’ who also happens to be the PLO chairman (2004-), the State of Palestine President (2005-) and the Fatah party chairman (2009-) in the most astounding concentration of official leadership functions.
That Abbas and his PA are so corrupt as to be likened to the “mafia” or that Abbas is referred to as “the most corrupt leader in the history of Palestine” who is reported to have embezzled at least 500 millions dollars also helps to explain things:
